A survey of 2,000 former language learners has shown the benefits of learning English abroad.
The survey, undertaken by Sprachcaffe’s Language Learning Sustainability Project, asked what helped international learners improve their language learning the most, and 90% said it was face-to-face interactions with other people. Over 50% said they are more confident speaking English thanks to learning abroad, while 20% said it encouraged them to travel more. Just over 10% said it helped with their work life.
